If you’re fed up with trying to squeeze into clothes that are too small or dread Summer holidays because you know that you won’t feel comfortable on the beach, don’t worry help is at hand.
Our Weight Management Programme is a five-week course of one to one therapy. Over the course of the programme we aim to work with you to control your eating habits using a combination of Hypnosis, NLP and Thought Field Therapy (TFT). Overeating is a habit, and hypnosis can help you retrain your mind so that you eat only when you are hungry. So that you achieve healthy, sustainable weight loss over time.
Do you eat because you are upset, angry, tired or simply bored?
If so, being given a diet doesn't address the reasons why you are overeating in the first place. Most of us know how to eat healthily or how to diet; we simply don't lose weight because we overeat for other reasons. In the Aspira Weight Management Programme we will address these issues and work with you so that you start to eat only when you are physically hungry and not for emotional reasons.
There will therefore be no weekly weigh-ins or diets as the focus will be on controlling your eating so that you eat only when you are hungry. We will simply work with you so that you achieve a healthier attitude towards food.
Become motivated to take more exercise, whether it is simply walking more and taking the stairs instead of the lift, or going to the gym or playing sport. Did you know that just 20 minutes of walking a day can be the difference between thin people and overweight people?
